The Manisha Red Midi Kaftan is made of a very special lightweight cotton voile fabric which has hand sewn pin tucks. This fabric is very difficult to make as first the pin tucks are sewn, then it is dyed, and then it is discharge block printed by hand of course. So in order to create the tiny white flower, the colour is actually lifted from the fabric or discharged. The pin tucks are oriented in a vertical fashion as is the floral stripe, which elongates the form. The red colour is brilliant and happy and the tassels are hand made and hand beaded!

100% cotton, recommended hand wash cold  however machine wash cold , delicate cycle in a lingerie bag to protect tassels is also an option. Hang dry. One separate wash before wearing is recommended
